Figures!
In artistic swimming, Figures are specific, controlled movements or poses performed in the water. They focus on technique, body control, and precision and demonstrate the athletes skill. This is similar to compulsory routines in gymnastics or technical exercises in dance. Each Figure is assigned a degree of difficulty – from 1.1 to 3.7. The higher the number the more difficult the figure.
